How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Third-party products and contractors

Furniture, materials, decor items or execution services that you buy directly from third-party suppliers or contractors are not sold by us. Returns and refunds for them follow the policies of those suppliers or contractors.
