How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact. The service is delivered at Rua Santa Cruz, 391, SALA 02 - Brasileia, Betim - MG, 32600-295 or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

In-person and remote meetings

Briefings, presentations and consultations take place in person or by video call, according to what is agreed with you. Visits and follow-up of execution are scheduled together with you.

Project deliverables

Project materials are delivered to you in person or electronically, as agreed for your project. These may include layouts, furniture and lighting selections, finish specifications and decor proposals. You will not receive a package or tracking number.

Furniture and materials

We do not ship furniture or materials. Any items bought from third-party suppliers are delivered under those suppliers' own shipping terms and costs.
