Our services and eligibility

We offer custom interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces, from concept to follow-up of execution. Projects may include layout, furniture selection, lighting, finishes and decor. We also offer one-time consultations for renovating a specific room.

The scope of each project is defined with you before work begins. You must be 18 or older to hire our services or make a purchase.

Quotes, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the local currency displayed in your quote or at checkout. They include the charges described there. Because projects are custom, the full price is presented to you before you pay or confirm.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

We do not offer subscriptions, and there are no recurring charges.

Third-party purchases and execution

Furniture, materials and finishes recommended in a project may be bought from third-party suppliers. Execution may be carried out by contractors you hire. Their prices, deliveries, warranties and policies are the responsibility of those parties, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to SINGULARI DESIGN DE AMBIENTES or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. This includes images, texts, renderings and project designs.

Your right to use the designs delivered for your space is governed by your project agreement.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors, such as the space, budget, suppliers, contractors and execution. We do not promise specific outcomes. Renderings and examples are illustrations, not guarantees of the finished space.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
